Ninebot Segway Malaysia provides a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty and 6 Months Battery Warranty for all Ninebot Segway products purchased from Segway Malaysia Sdn Bhd or Eco Pro Technology Sdn Bhd only. In the event of a manufacturer’s defect in your Ninebot Segway product from Ninebot Malaysia, we will verify the issue and perform a replacement on the parts that is defected by claiming the warranty from Ninebot Segway headquarters provided the unit is still under the Official Ninebot Malaysia warranty duration.

We do provide a one to one replacements on certain Ninebot Segway products, terms and conditions apply for the one to one replacements.

Refunds in cash do not apply for any products.
